From day one, we set out to build our own motorcycle from scratch, from the design to the powertrain. By controlling every part of the vehicle, we ensure the highest quality and safety. Because that's what Brazil needs and deserves.

Extreme test

Tested to the extreme

At Auper, engineering doesn't end when a system works. It ends when that system has been pushed far beyond anything the real world will demand of it. Every component we build, from hardware to software, goes through an extensive validation process designed to expose weaknesses long before our customers can. The rule is simple: test, fail, and adjust as quickly as possible.

It starts in the virtual world with advanced simulations and hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing, where we refine performance, reliability, and safety long before physical prototypes exist. From there, our systems move on to dynamometer testing, environmental and durability testing, and intensive vehicle and road testing under real-world conditions.

We push our technology to the limit because that's exactly what our riders will do. By doing it first, we make sure every Auper motorcycle delivers performance, safety, and reliability from day one.

The future of vehicle architecture:
centralized intelligence

For decades, vehicles have been built around mechanical systems (engines, chassis, and bodywork) with software and electronic components added piece by piece from different suppliers. This traditional approach has led to distributed architectures with dozens of small computers (ECUs), each handling a single function. The result is a complex, heavy, and fragmented system that's expensive to build and maintain, difficult to update, and slow to evolve.

Auper takes a completely different approach. We built our own Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), a centralized, software-driven architecture that brings every major function together in a single high-performance system. This drastically reduces wiring, weight, and component count, while improving reliability, communication, and scalability.

This transforms the riding experience. The performance, response, and connected intelligence you feel on the bike are all driven by software. Because we own the entire architecture of the 600 CE, we can continuously improve and update every aspect of the vehicle, delivering new features long after it leaves the factory.

Built to perform:
our powertrain

At Auper, we design our hardware and controls in-house, giving us full command of the heart of the powertrain: the motor and inverter. This vertical integration lets us apply advanced real-time optimization to extract maximum power and efficiency, delivering a unique and engaging ride.

Controlling the software is just as important as controlling the hardware. It allows us to integrate traction control, wheelie control, stability control, adaptive systems, and advanced anti-theft features in ways that aren't possible with traditional engineering on a vehicle that wasn't built from the ground up to be electric. Our power electronics make precise decisions ten thousand times per second, while the VCU processes data from sensors throughout the motorcycle to ensure intelligent, seamless control in every situation.

By mastering every layer of the powertrain, we don't just shape the vehicle's performance. We create a powerful, safe, and deeply connected riding experience. Built for everything Brazilians need in their daily lives.

Power at the center:
our battery pack

We design and manufacture our batteries in-house to deliver the highest levels of performance, safety, and reliability, and to create a platform that evolves as technology advances.

Our architecture is independent of cell type and supplier, giving us flexibility and agility. By managing energy directly through our Vehicle Control Unit (VCU), we simplify the build and improve control, while the safety hardware integrated into the Battery Management System (BMS) ensures the highest level of protection across every layer.

More than a power source, our battery is an intelligent, safe, and updatable system.
