Each vehicle is provided with a comprehensive warranty* to give you peace of mind.
Vehicle Warranty
If any component of the motorcycle fails due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. This warranty** covers the terms specified below, or mileage depending on the model, whichever comes first, starting from the delivery of the vehicle to the owner, regardless of change of ownership.
Base Model and Extended Range
3 (three) years or 60,000 kilometers.
Whichever comes first.
Founder's Edition
5 (five) years or 80,000 kilometers.
Whichever comes first.
Battery Warranty
Any battery performance failures, material or manufacturing defects will be identified and remedied at no cost, within the time or mileage specified below**.
Base Model
5 (five) years or 75,000 kilometers.
Whichever comes first.
Extended Range
5 (five) years or 100,000 kilometers.
Whichever comes first.
Founder's Edition
5 (five) years or 120,000 kilometers.
Whichever comes first.
* Included in the legal 90 (ninety) day warranty, counted from the date of delivery of the motorcycle to the owner, it will be detailed before the start of sales in the Warranty Term of AUPER BRASIL LTDA. and in the Owner's Manual, and the vehicles sold for fleet use will be covered by a specific Warranty Term for commercial use.
** The warranty does not apply to situations resulting from improper use or handling, as specified in the Owner's Manual.
